PARENT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL INFO BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS OR VISITING OUR VENUE.​

1. Giggleton does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times. 

2. Shoes must be removed and socks left on before entering the play area.

3. No outside food to be consumed on the premises due to allergy risks.


4. No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play space.

5. Play is restricted to the allocated time. Please be ready to leave 10 minutes before the end of your session time to allow staff sufficient time to clean up between play sessions.

6. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave without refund.

7. Upon leaving the building please ensure that any Giggleton property is left behind.

8. Giggleton cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.

9. Tickets are non-refundable. 24 hours notice is required for session transfers.

10. Due to fire regulations, buggies are not permitted inside the premises but can be left in the lobby area of the venue.
